📋 Description

‱ We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive GoHighLevel & CRM Manager to support a coaching and digital services brand. ‱ This person will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the clients GHL workspace including CRM setup, automation workflows, email marketing, landing pages, AI chatbots, and ongoing system improvements. ‱ Troubleshoot bugs and optimize existing systems. ‱ Document SOPs and workflows so the team can easily understand the GHL setup ‱ Provide weekly performance and task update reports to the client

🎯 Requirements

‱ 1-2+ years of experience using GoHighLevel or similar marketing CRM platforms ‱ Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing funnels, email sequences, and automation logic ‱ Experience with landing page and funnel building (Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or similar is a plus) ‱ Analytical mindset with an eye for process improvement ‱ Fluent in English and confident in explaining tech setups to non-tech clients ‱ Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
