📋 Description

• Support the sales team in identifying new customer contacts in the Swiss market • Identify potential target companies and contacts (data research) • Reach out via email, LinkedIn and phone (including cold calling and follow-ups) • Maintain and update the CRM system • Contribute to expanding additional acquisition channels (e.g., events, social selling) • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to continuously optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student, ideally in a business-related or communications-focused degree program • Some practical experience in a B2B environment with corporate customers in Switzerland • Strong communication skills — open, persuasive and confident with a positive presence • Structured, independent and reliable • Excellent German and English; French or Italian is required as an additional language; Swiss German is a plus • Able to work remotely efficiently with a quiet workspace and stable internet • Resident in Switzerland, Germany, or within a CET time zone
