• Manage contract receivables by proactively contacting clients to negotiate and resolve outstanding financial issues; • Operate financial management tools (ERP CIGAM, banking platforms, invoice issuers, among others); • Draft administrative and financial communications clearly and professionally (emails, official letters, messages, etc.); • Analyze spreadsheets and financial indicators, proposing process improvements and automations; • Monitor deadlines, payment statuses, and follow up with the relevant departments; • Act proactively and analytically, contributing to the continuous improvement of collections processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; • Basic knowledge of finance and contract management; • Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Resilient, responsible profile with critical thinking. • Preferred: • Advanced Excel; • Experience negotiating and collecting payments in the public sector; • Basic knowledge of legislation related to collections and administrative contracts.
