📋 Description
• Deliver billable consulting engagements (e.g., optimization audits, strategy workshops, test planning, performance reviews). • Onboard new clients by helping them launch their Digital Optimization programs by understanding their needs, setting goals, and developing account plans. • Provide ongoing guidance to maximize program ROI and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Partner with Marketing to create high-impact content, such as blog posts, guides, playbooks, and webinars.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience advising enterprise ecommerce or retail brands on digital performance, experimentation, or optimization strategy • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills • Strong familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Heap, VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
