📋 Description

• Design change strategies that align people and processes with new operating models and business goals. • Lead delivery of communication, stakeholder engagement, and training programs that drive real adoption. • Measure and sustain impact through governance frameworks, feedback loops, and performance dashboards. • Build the Mobiz Change Playbook —developing templates, toolkits, and methods that scale across client engagements. • Collaborate across practices (Operating Model, PMO, Governance, Risk) to ensure integrated transformation delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in: Change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery • Experience in: Consulting or technology-driven transformation environments (cloud, digital, or operating model programs) • Soft skills: Exceptional communication, facilitation, empathy, and influence • Preferred: Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
