• Responsible for technical analysis and optimization of processes • Gather requirements from Sales and Marketing and propose improvements • Recruit and onboard team members and lead the team in a motivating way • Manage the backlog and prioritize requests • Lead projects using agile methodologies and adhere to budgets • Act as a liaison between the business and the tech organization • Review implementation of requirements and test features • Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively contribute ideas

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering or product management • Experience with CRM API integrations and modern website development • Fluent English, German skills are a plus • Experience leading and developing small engineering teams • Ability to capture complex requirements in a structured way and document them • Proactive team player with excellent communication skills • Technical background through a degree or professional experience as a software developer
