📋 Description

• Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Fuel & Digital Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination • Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution • Responsible for developing and managing cross functional, technology led, or product focused programs • Manages budgets and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions • Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration • Manages schedule, budget, and tollgate process for NPI, requisition, or sustaining programs • Influences the programs to meet customer CTQs • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline • Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work • In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters with guidance • Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks • Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems • Provides informal guidance to new team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • 4 years of experience in engineering, science, computing, math, or technical program management capacity • Practitioner and / or expert of Lean practices • Proven ability to be a liaison between functional organizations • High performing individual with demonstrated ability to deliver results while exhibiting behaviors that promote strong team performance • Change agent able to make the case for lean and demonstrate immediate impact • Proven interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to think strategically, be creative and move quickly to articulate and then operationalize the business vision/strategy into tactile actions • Experience with project management skillset (communication, risk, planning/scheduling, change management) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to document, plan, market and manage programs that further the knowledge, understanding and capability of the business
