• Work closely with customers, Delivery Manager, and Project Manager to define customer requirements • Lead technical delivery as per domain expertise workstream • Contribute to software implementation, power application tuning, troubleshooting, and customization • Act as SME coordinating across the organization and mentoring project teams • Build effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and manage project team activities • Communicate project status, risks, scope, and issues with stakeholders • Prepare, modify, and configure client testing input data and validate powerflow results • Collaborate with development lead to ensure deliverables meet defined needs and standards • Engage in customer management activities with Project Manager
• Bachelor's or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline from an accredited university or college • 5+ years relevant work experience in electricity industry • Strong analysis skills including requirements elicitation and management skills • Experience in automating processes and utilizing or building scripting solutions • Software development experience and understanding of the SDLC • Familiarity with emerging energy industry trends and Modern IT software • Teamwork, problem-solving, communication, growth mindset, client focus, and innovation skills preferred
