• Develop and secure new sales contracts with hotel groups, independent hotels, resorts, and cruise ship operators through direct engagement and negotiation. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and distribution partners, ensuring continued collaboration and business growth. • Achieve and exceed sales turnover and margin targets, aligning with company objectives. • Collaborate closely with designated distributors to ensure contract compliance and seamless implementation of agreements. • Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness. • Conduct market research to identify new hotel openings and business opportunities, independently or with distributor network support.
• Strong alignment with the company’s values of environmental respect and sustainability. • In-depth understanding of the hotel supply industry across the Asian region, with proven experience in sales or business development. • Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a proactive and results-driven mindset. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working effectively in a virtual, multi-country environment across different time zones. • Willingness to travel internationally, with short stays abroad as required. • Fluent in English (native or advanced level); fluency in at least one regional language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, Thai, or Vietnamese) is a strong advantage. • Tech-savvy, proficient in Excel and online business applications, with the ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies. • A solid background in hotel industry distribution is preferred.
