• Buchhaltungsarbeiten nach Anweisungen • Aktive Mitarbeit bei neuen Projekten • Sehr gute Kenntnisse Buchhaltungssoftware – (Microsoft Dynamics) wünschenswert • Sehr gute Kenntnisse HGB • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse • Im Bereich Kreditoren: Prüfung und Verbuchung aller Kreditorenrechnungen mit Kostenstellen und Kostenträgern • Verwalten Ticketsystem • Anlage von Kreditorenkonten inkl. Stammdatenpflege • Selbständige Erstellung der wöchentlichen Zahlläufe • selbständige Korrespondenz mit Kreditoren, Behörden und Banken • Bearbeiten des Travelmanagements
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung sind von Vorteil • Kommunikationsstärke • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Passion für Effizienz und eine ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung und Teamfähigkeit • Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse • Sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse • Englisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil • Kenntnisse von Microsoft Dynamics BC 365 wären von Vorteil
