📋 Description
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, projects, client communication, and continuous improvement • Coordinate workflows between design, development, and client service teams • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all deliverables • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Lead and supervise web professionals, including designers and developers • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations • Recruit and onboard new team members as needed • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment • Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and workflows • Streamline project management processes from initiation to delivery • Establish and monitor KPIs for team performance • Maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices
🎯 Requirements
