• Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (minimum 4–5 years). • Fluency in English and Spanish. • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Search Console, and BI tools. • Strong analytical skills with mastery of growth and performance metrics. • Experience in full-funnel strategies (top, middle, and bottom of funnel). • Ability to work with large volumes of data and identify optimization opportunities. • Results-oriented mindset, with focus on sustainable growth and scalability. • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools. • Experience with other paid media channels (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic). • Experience in multi-market environments (Europe).
