• Facilitate, map and propose solutions for business needs. • Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business needs, proposing solutions that best meet them. • Support the development team, taking on work items for development each Sprint. • Support the Product Owner in decomposing business needs, identifying system requirements generated/impacted as user stories to begin Sprint execution. • Uncover stakeholders' true needs, not just their explicit wishes. • Support development activities, with emphasis on the elicitation and documentation of functional and non-functional software requirements. • Manage own work, promptly notifying the team of any potential delays.

🎯 Requirements

• ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) – IIBA • CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering) • CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner (Desired) • UX-PM Level 1 Certification (Desired) • PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) (Desired) • IIBA-CCBA (Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis) (Desired) • CBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) – IIBA (Desired) • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other Information Technology areas; or a university degree in any field with a specialization in Information Technology.
