• Educating clients about their permanent benefits • Educating clients on labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations • Conducting virtual benefit explanations using Zoom • Clarifying benefits information and answering client questions in detail • Documenting client interactions to ensure compliance • Collaborating with team members to improve client experience • Following up with clients for satisfaction and support
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a high school diploma • Prior customer service, sales experience, or client support experience is an asset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in using Zoom and digital tools for communication • Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented and self-motivated
