📋 Description

• Manage a growing team of 20+ individuals across Procurement, Real Estate, and Quality • Oversee patient satisfaction, safety and quality • Manage the aggregation of the demand plan process across therapeutic areas • Conduct rough cut capacity and scenario planning • Maintain and optimize SIOP planning processes • Develop, monitor and revise production and sourcing plans • Source and negotiate direct manufacturer agreements • Serve as primary day to day contact for wholesaler and manufacturer relationships • Prepare data and material for weekly Supply Chain meetings • Coordinate and facilitate the monthly Supply Chain meetings • Achieve customer service order fulfillment objectives • Develop support metrics, tools and reporting • Oversee facilities and business continuity in partnership with Pharmacy Operations • Identify significant business risks and escalate to the appropriate leadership teams • Identify and implement supply chain initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics • MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent preferred • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain • APICS Certification preferred • Knowledge and experience in MRP and ERP systems • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills • Data-driven with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and strong proficiency in Google, Business Intelligence Tools and MS applications
