• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations • Ensure timely execution of month-end and year-end closing processes • Directly manage and oversee the payroll and accounts payable departments • Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors during the annual audit • Oversee the company's tax planning and compliance with all required taxes • Assist in formulating the company’s future direction by providing financial insights and analysis
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role • Excellent knowledge of accounting software and databases, with proficiency in Sage Intacct ERP required • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
