📋 Description

• Oversees daily activities of the department operations, including staffing, work assignment, production, shipping, and reporting • Responsible for the hiring, training, coaching, development, performance measurement and discipline of department staff • Delegates appropriate work and emphasizes the development of next level leaders • Routinely reviews ongoing department performance toward organizational goals • Maintains departmental compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies • Escalates and directs department activities during outages, systems issues, staffing shortages and other operational issues • Participates in company and operations meetings as requested • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner • Maintains a favorable working relationship with other company employees • Keeps immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance • Maintains a qualified staff and manages the personnel and processes assigned • Works with the Director of Risk & Reimbursement to determine standards of performance for department staff • May recommend salary adjustments, transfers, promotions and dismissals • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Risk & Reimbursement

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • One year in an accounts receivable leadership role • Associate's degree in business management related field (preferred) • Two years in a medical/insurance/healthcare accounts receivable leadership role (preferred) • One year DASCO experience (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
