📋 Description
• Design and lead nationally significant software projects • Participate in hands-on development as part of an agile development team • Comprehensively involved in the customer relationship or project throughout its lifecycle • Work closely with the customer to turn the business plan into a technical roadmap • Support both the team and the customer’s product owner in architecture work
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in Software Architect role • Extensive and versatile hands-on experience in the software industry (10+ years) • Fluent in numerous technologies and programming languages • Proficiency in some of the technologies used in our projects: React, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, C#, .NET, Azure, and AWS • Fluent in both Finnish and English • Customer-oriented mindset and readiness to adapt to the needs of customer projects • Previous experience in coaching and mentoring is considered an advantage
