📋 Description

• Establish the strategic direction and vision for Knowledge Base product features. • Make informed decisions about product roadmaps based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize feature enhancements and develop a detailed product roadmap. • Translate user needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and support to deliver high-quality product launches on time. • Influence cross-functional teams and mentor other PMs to align execution with product strategy. • Define and track product KPIs (adoption, activation, retention, NPS/CSAT, support ticket reduction) and monitor user feedback and competitive analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI, chatbots, and SaaS technologies and market trends. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics for decisions. • Strong communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Deep empathy for users and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. • Business acumen to align product decisions with company goals. • 4+ years of Product Management experience (AI/Chatbots/SaaS preferred). • 2+ years of AI domain experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
