📋 Description

• Leads IT or enterprise initiatives with moderate to high scope and complexity. • Drives leaders across the enterprise to deliver value and achieve business strategies and objectives. • Shapes programs/projects to deliver business value with shorter iterations of project delivery. • Develops appropriate communication strategies and secures commitment for program/project decisions. • Sets project expectations and strategy; Ensures the development of organizational change plans and project financials. • Partners with program/project teams to identify opportunities for creating reusable artifacts. • Leads project/program teams to identify measurable business value to ensure metrics are gathered and business objectives are realized. • Identifies and manages interdependencies within projects and programs. • Develop Request for Proposals (RFP), including business needs and product/service expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems or Computer Science preferred • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or other related area preferred • 8+ years combined experience in project analysis, coordination, and management required • 5+ years directly managing projects required • Experience managing moderate complexity projects end-to-end, preferably in a financial institution required
