📋 Description

• Track attorney fee payments issued by the Social Security Administration. • Monitor pending fee authorizations and follow up on outstanding payments. • Review Notices of Award, fee authorizations, and related SSA correspondence. • Research discrepancies between expected and received payments. • Communicate with SSA offices regarding payment status and fee-related inquiries. • Maintain accurate records of payment tracking. • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and accounting teams to resolve payment issues. • Generate reports on outstanding fees and payment trends. • Ensure compliance with firm policies and SSA regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Social Security Disability law firm or SSA-related environment. • Working knowledge of SSA attorney fee payment processes, fee agreements, and fee authorizations. • Experience reviewing Notices of Award and SSA correspondence. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
