📋 Description

• Autonomous management of project development and implementation processes. • Manage tender acquisition processes, coordinating bids. • Lead and manage projects within peace & conflict prevention, security, migration & forced displacement. • Organize field monitoring missions to support project implementations and quality assurance. • Actively contributes to developing and implementing strategies within the department across different sectors. • Offer guidance and support to junior colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields related to International Relations, Security Studies, Public Policy, or relevant disciplines. • Master’s degree or other postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields would be an asset. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in international cooperation & development. • Excellent representation and communication skills. • Sound knowledge of EU cooperation policies and instruments. • Familiarity with EU and other donors’ funding procedures. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Proficiency in English is mandatory. • Fluency in French or Spanish would be valuable.
