📋 Description

• Lead the development and management of field force KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking. • Design, implement, and administer incentive compensation plans. • Own quarterly targeting and segmentation processes for field resources. • Partner with Commercial Leadership to translate strategy into measurable execution frameworks. • Manage relationships with external data vendors. • Deliver actionable insights and analytics for decision-making. • Support field readiness across all launch phases. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Compliance, and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, sales operations, or field force effectiveness. • Deep expertise in incentive compensation design and administration. • Strong experience with targeting, segmentation, and field analytics. • Experience managing pharmaceutical data vendors and syndicated data sources. • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights. • Experience supporting product launches, ideally within CNS, rare disease, or specialty markets. • Ability to operate effectively in agile, fast-moving biotech environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
