📋 Description

• Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to the development team. • Review and critique code for quality, performance, and potential issues. • Estimate development timelines and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Manage project scope, resources, and timelines effectively. • Facilitate team communication and collaboration, fostering a productive environment. • Evaluate the application's architecture for scalability, security, and performance. • Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks proactively. • Implement and enforce best practices for software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment. • Ensure the application's development and implementation adhere to HIPAA compliance standards. • Provide clear and regular visibility to the customer on the project's progress, including deliverables, timelines, and potential risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer • Strong project management skills, with a focus on technical projects • Extensive experience in reviewing and critiquing code for quality and potential issues • Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate development timelines • Proficiency in Laravel and Angular frameworks • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead and mentor a remote and diverse team effectively • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements and experience in developing HIPAA-compliant applications. • Bonus Points: Knowledge of ABA therapy business and workflows.
