📋 Description

• We are seeking a talented and creative Mobile Application Designer to join our dynamic team. • You will work closely with our development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to create visually stunning, highly functional, and high-fidelity mobile application designs. • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile applications using Figma and other industry-standard design tools. • Develop pixel-perfect, production-ready designs that accurately represent the final product and facilitate seamless developer handoff. • Craft high fidelity design assets, including icons, illustrations, and other visual elements that enhance the overall user experience. • Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all design elements, from typography and color to spacing and layout. • Collaborate with developers to ensure high fidelity designs are implemented accurately, providing detailed specifications and assets as needed. • Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency in producing high fidelity designs. • Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences that align with client goals and user needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience. • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile design trends, patterns, and best practices. • Optimize designs for multiple screen sizes and resolutions across various mobile devices. • Incorporate motion design and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new features and improvements. • Work within agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning and reviews. • Ensure designs adhere to platform-specific guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design). • Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across mobile applications. • Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team. • Utilize advanced Figma features such as auto-layout, variants, and interactive components to create flexible and responsive designs. • Lead and participate in design critique sessions, leveraging Figma's collaboration features for real-time feedback and iteration. • Train and mentor team members on Figma best practices and workflow optimization. • Continuously explore and implement new Figma plugins and features to enhance design workflow efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered • 3+ years of experience in mobile app design with a strong focus on using Figma as the primary design tool • Strong portfolio showcasing high fidelity mobile UI/UX design projects, demonstrating attention to detail and visual polish • Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced features, plugins, and best practices for file organization and collaboration • Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex design systems and component libraries in Figma • Experience with Figma's prototyping capabilities to create interactive and animated mockups • Familiarity with integrating Figma into the broader product development workflow, including version control and design handoff processes • Knowledge of complementary tools in the Figma ecosystem (e.g., FigJam for collaborative brainstorming) • Proficiency in other industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Framer • Solid understanding of mobile design principles, patterns, and best practices for both iOS and Android platforms • Knowledge of mobile development processes and constraints • Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience working in agile development environments • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles • Knowledge of motion design and animation for mobile interfaces is a plus • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is beneficial • Experience in creating detailed design specifications and style guides for high fidelity designs • Understanding of technical constraints and ability to create high fidelity designs that are both visually impressive and feasible to implement • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy as they apply to creating high fidelity mobile designs • Familiarity with design handoff tools and processes to ensure high fidelity designs are accurately translated into final products
