📋 Description

• GovOS is a leading provider of transaction and compliance software. • Responsible for managing the product journey for personas or product areas. • Create a delightful user experience for customers and their constituents. • Experience working on building a scalable platform or marketplace products. • Success in the role will be measured on revenue growth through timely execution of new features. • Understand complex problems and propose solutions that account for effects across the product. • Break down large projects into prioritized implementable steps. • Draft specific user stories and engage stakeholders across departments. • Plan releases across the product or directly with certain clients. • Own the roadmap and manage the solution throughout the business. • Work with marketing to draft release notes and customer-facing materials. • Initiate and run user discovery and testing meetings with clients. • Interact with stakeholders to ensure visibility of the plan.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software Product Management experience as leading stakeholder of product changes. • Experience building a system of record platform (CRM/ERP software like Salesforce, Workday etc.) in a cloud environment that supports unique end users with different needs. • Experience with APIs or microservice architecture, and standardizing formats to meet different use cases. • Demonstrable ability to productize features in a way that is configurable for similar user needs, understanding the core functionality and mechanism that enables various implementations. • Experience building a marketplace portal with 2-sided user interactions offering different tool sets for each user type. • Experience with workflow steps, integrating inputs and outputs across steps of a process. • Proficiency using sprint planning and feature road mapping software, like Jira. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions and recommendations to drive actions. • A strong system thinker who can deconstruct complex problems into smaller parts, considering all personas/users. • Ability to create wireframe sketches by hand or in software to convey desired functionality. • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance technical needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions. • Natural ability to learn from, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders and teams internal and external. • Ability to execute methodically, at a regular cadence.
