📋 Description

• Hunt Relentlessly: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Singapore and the wider ASEAN region. • Engage C-Level Decision Makers: Build strong relationships with CEOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leaders, advising them on strategic growth through technology. • Consult & Solve: Position Gradion’s software development and digital consulting capabilities as solutions to real business challenges. • Own the Sales Cycle: From lead generation to contract closure — manage every stage with precision and confidence. • Collaborate & Deliver: Work with technical and consulting teams to create tailored proposals, ensuring what you sell is what we deliver — exceptionally. • Crush Targets: Consistently exceed sales goals while maintaining integrity, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of proven success in selling software development, IT consulting, or digital transformation services. • A hunter’s mentality — self-driven, proactive, and relentless in creating new opportunities. • A strong consultative selling approach: you know how to uncover business pain points and position solutions that matter. • Experience managing complex sales cycles with deal values between €100K and €1M. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging senior executives. • Strong local network in Singapore’s enterprise and tech ecosystem. • Bonus: Experience in AI, SaaS, ERP, or PIM/DXP/DAM platforms.
