📋 Description

• Identify, target, and engage enterprise clients including software platforms, with a strong emphasis on PSP (payment service providers) customers. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of Grain’s embedded finance and FX solutions in key markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers such as CFOs, Treasurers, and operational leaders. • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and presenting tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact. • Travel regularly to meet clients in person and attend relevant industry-related events, including fintech, SaaS, and platform economy conferences. • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting cross-border payments and FX.

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of B2B sales experience in fintech, embedded finance, payments, or FX solutions. • Proven track record selling to enterprise clients, software platforms, and/or AP/AR vendors. • Experience closing complex, high-value deals with C-level stakeholders. • Strong consultative sales abilities and the skill to simplify complex financial solutions. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Hubspot/Salesforce and sales analytics platforms. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions. • Passion for fintech innovation and delivering value to enterprise clients.
