📋 Description

• Maintain and update accounting system configurations within our DMS and other financial systems. • Manage and resolve requests submitted through the ServiceNow queue within established SLA timelines. • Support standardization projects across all financial systems. • Assist with the development and maintenance of department instruction manuals and process guides. • Perform daily integration/import validation checks as needed. • Conduct annual maintenance and audits of financial systems. • Ensure strong internal controls are followed throughout system processes. • Maintain effective communication with Corporate Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, Dealership Accounting, and Home Office leadership. • Build and sustain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and decisiveness in problem-solving. • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
