📋 Description

• Work with customers to maximize value of Granicus’ sales technology solutions, including MINT+ and FuturePace • Assist other team members in the development of analytical studies and solutions to increase effectiveness of meeting sales and marketing efforts, including customer targeting, customer segmentation, sales deployment, marketing optimization, and marketing ROI measurement. • Interpret data, write reports, develop presentations, and make actionable recommendations • Use information design concepts and principles to create effective presentations and other visuals that convey analytical results clearly and effectively, and subsequently present results to clients. • Develop presentations and reports that is in an easily understandable format. • Solicit customer feedback on technology solutions to provide input to Granicus product team on technology enhancements and new product development.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 1 - 2 years of related experience in data analysis and/or consulting • BA/BS or equivalent • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively. • Ability to develop working relationships with clients • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Outstanding written and oral communication skills. • Experience in the Tourism / Hospitality industry • Experience with hospitality technologies, particularly Simpleview CRM and event / meeting technology.
