📋 Description

• Drive product strategy and execution for core communications capabilities • Define and prioritize product requirements collaborating with cross-functional teams • Manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and lead go-to-market launch strategies • Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering • Make critical technology decisions and influence the long-term direction • Define, analyze, and report on key success metrics • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation • Advocate for platform health; lead initiatives for tech debt, reliability, and maintainability • Ability to coach and mentor junior product managers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a product management or product engineering role • Success working in an agile environment • High level of intellectual curiosity • Excellent organizational, quantitative analytical, and project management skills • Experience delivering high-quality technology products in a fast-moving environment • Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams • Ability to think strategically and break down long-term vision into manageable deliverables • Define, analyze, and report on various product metrics • Experience working in Salesforce, JIRA, and Aha! is desirable • Mid-level technical expertise on cloud infrastructure (preferred AWS)
