📋 Description

• Oversee the organization, security, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure supporting all Greenshades products, ensuring high availability and peak performance. • Drive the implementation and refinement of tooling and automation solutions to expedite issue resolution and proactively prevent incidents when feasible. • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and engineering teams to shape hosting strategies that enhance existing products/processes and facilitate the integration of new technologies. • Work closely with DevOps team to ensure seamless operation and swift performance of our technology stack, encompassing hosted websites, services, and all internal/client-facing products. • Monitor and promptly respond to emerging infrastructure challenges in real-time, both during regular work hours and as part of a rotating on-call schedule. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years technical experience in Windows system administration, network engineering and automation scripting • 5+ years experience running cloud services, preferably Azure • 3+ years hand-on experience in Powershell/Python • 3+ years experience with CI/CD technologies such as Azure Devops and/or Octopus Deploy. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably AKS. • SQL Server and/or Azure Database management experience. • Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring/alerting solution. • Experience Supervising other Team Members • Familiarity with IAC tools such as Terraform/Bicep
