📋 Description

• Launch and build a new German-language YouTube channel from scratch • Create and manage channel content for the German market • Write scripts, record voice-overs, and edit videos • Design thumbnails and optimize content for maximum reach • Research trends and brainstorm fresh content ideas • Analyse video performance and help refine content strategy • Collaborate closely with the Media team to bring projects to life • Gain end-to-end experience and be involved in all aspects from idea to upload

🎯 Requirements

• Native German speaker with strong English skills • Interest in YouTube, online media, and internet culture • Confident in speaking/recording voiceovers • Some editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) are a plus • Creative mindset, organized, and eager to grow • Entry-level (no years of experience required)
