📋 Description
• Entering and auditing customer data, primarily utility bills and usage data • Provision new accounts: collecting necessary information from PDF bills and utility websites and setting up that information in internal tools • Assist with stale data: checking utility websites for the most recent data possible • Audit utility bills and interval data: ensuring billing information matches utility bill PDF and other audits • Upload usage and bill data: collect data from Excel and PDF files, format for upload into a database • Perform ad hoc data entry/management projects
🎯 Requirements
• Detail oriented • Fast starter • Comfortable with rapidly changing environment • Intermediate or better competency with Microsoft Excel • Prior experience with data entry and analysis preferred, especially with utility bills or data • Bachelor's degree required • Must currently live in, and have the legal right to work in the United States
