📋 Description

• Deliver well-defined, high-quality visual design for product and marketing. • Partner with Product and Engineering to reimagine critical user flows, starting with onboarding and the first minutes of the user journey. • Establish Grifin’s design system, drive usability testing, and lead research initiatives that help us de-risk before we build. • Collaborate across the org, from Product to Engineering to Growth, as a trusted expert in design craft, UX, and brand evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with mobile-first app design and Figma (or similar) required • You’ve been a founding or early designer before, or have experience that shows you thrive in high-agency, ambiguous environments. • You’re full-stack product designer: UI-strong, UX-obsessed, capable of both strong visual design and mapping end-to-end journeys. • You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate easily across product, engineering, and business teams.
