• Responsible for the operational side of delivering all assets that go into our clients’ configurators • Focus on units, variants, accessories, finishes and options, as well as product data and rules that define how these can be combined • Work closely with project managers, CG artists, developers and client teams to ensure every required asset is produced, correctly named, enriched with the right data and delivered in the correct structure and format • Maintain master overviews of all configurator assets, such as base products, variants, trims and accessories • Map product data, configuration rules and option codes to the right assets, ensuring every valid combination is covered • Track which assets are available, which are in production and which still need to be requested or updated • Coordinate the creation and update of configurator assets with CG artists and project managers • Ensure that units, accessories and other components follow agreed naming conventions, folder structures and metadata standards • Prepare and validate asset packages and data sheets for handover to client systems, PIM or DAM platforms, or internal tools • Check assets against technical and visual requirements and against client guidelines • Validate completeness, for example all colors, wheels, trims and accessory combinations that should be exposed in the configurator • Perform spot checks in configurators or test environments to confirm that assets, data and rules are working as expected • Work closely with project managers on planning and priorities for upcoming releases and updates • Align with CG and development teams on asset requirements, dependencies and timelines • Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to resolve questions around data, structure, rules or usage
• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital asset coordination, content operations, catalog management, e commerce, CG production or a similar role • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and asset tracking tools, and not afraid of complex overviews • Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical way of working • Basic understanding of how product configurators, PIM or DAM systems work is a strong plus • Affinity with 3D, CG or visual content • Able to work with multiple deadlines and stay calm in busy periods • Clear communicator and fluent in spoken and written English • Experience working in an international team or with distributed teams and clients
