📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans ensuring alignment with IT strategy and mission. • Conduct detailed analysis and research to support strategic planning activities, including the development of business cases and evaluation of IT investment priorities. • Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights into strategic direction and project progress. • Implement change management strategies to support new initiatives and process improvements. • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure strategic goals are met and integrated into the Multi-Year Programming (MYP) process. • Maintain and manage documentation and critical artifacts related to assigned tasks. • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. • 4 years of experience, including strategic planning and management analysis. • Strong analytical and project management skills. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including project management tools. • Proficiency in strategic planning tools. • Knowledge of strategic planning and multi-year programming processes
