📋 Description

‱ Conduct audits and quality checks of KYC processes, analyze findings, and implement corrective and preventive measures ‱ Develop and implement KYC quality standards, procedures, and best practices ‱ Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit recommendations ‱ Prepare reports on KYC process quality, approval/decline trends, and workload, providing recommendations for optimization ‱ Manage the Quality Control team, including task allocation, goal setting (OKRs/KPIs), and staff development ‱ Organize training, mentoring, and onboarding to support team growth and skill development

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3+ years of experience in KYC/AML operations, compliance, or quality control within financial services, iGaming, fintech, or related industries ‱ Proven experience in KYC process quality assurance, including audits, gap analysis, and process improvements ‱ Strong understanding of global KYC/AML regulations and their operational application ‱ Experience leading and developing teams, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and coaching ‱ Skilled in analyzing KYC data, preparing reports, and providing actionable recommendations ‱ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including reporting QA results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams ‱ English level - Advanced ‱ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ‱ Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills ‱ Leadership qualities with ability to mentor and motivate a team ‱ Clear and confident communication skills ‱ Adaptability in a fast-changing environment ‱ High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality
