âą Oversee payment processing operations within the assigned market âą Ensure the smooth performance and availability of payment methods âą Identify, investigate, and escalate payment-related issues to relevant providers and internal teams âą Coordinate with customer support, marketing, and other stakeholders on payment processing requests and inquiries.
đŻ Requirements
âą 3+ years as a billing/payments manager/specialist or similar role in online payments âą Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information âą Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user âą Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows âą Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners âą Good understanding of payment and transactional systems and services.
