📋 Description

• Oversee and manage one or more affiliate websites, ensuring their growth and performance. • Develop and execute strategic SEO and content initiatives to drive traffic and conversions. • Manage a team of in-house staff and freelancers, overseeing task allocation and quality control. • Optimize site usability, content strategy, and overall user experience. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordingly. • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. • Ensure alignment with editorial standards, SEO best practices, and monetization strategies. • Identify and implement new growth opportunities, including additional traffic sources and conversion optimization techniques. • Report directly to the COO

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager in online marketing. • Expertise in SEO for the US market, including content strategy, UX optimization, CRO, and traffic acquisition. • Hands-on experience with WordPress and managing content-driven sites. • Strong understanding of the US iGaming market, ideally with experience building iGaming assets. • Proven ability to lead and manage small teams effectively. • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile). • Native English speaker (American English preferred).
