📋 Description
• Own strategy and execution for new products • Identify and validate opportunities in emerging categories • Continuously explore new product and consumer opportunities • Work with brand and design teams to create new product packaging • Partner with marketing to define positioning and storytelling • Streamline and document workflows across R&D, GTM, and Ops • Collaborate with co-manufacturers for new products • Ensure launch readiness and flawless execution
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive, cross-functional experience • 5+ years leading new product development in the CPG space • Proven success launching and scaling new products • Experience concepting and validating new product ideas • Background working directly with co-manufacturers • Deep understanding of project management • Hands-on experience with packaging development and product testing • Experience collaborating closely with marketing teams • Strong project management experience and attention to detail • A foundation in marketing or brand strategy is a nice-to-have
