📋 Description

• own day-to-day retail operations and fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and delivered OTIF (on time, in full) to retail partners • manage 3PL and logistics partner relationships, maintaining SLAs, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to reduce errors and costs • lead retailer onboarding and launch execution, coordinating EDI setup, packaging readiness, and 3PL fulfillment to ensure smooth new account rollouts • implement and document SOPs across retail operations to standardize workflows and enable scalability • track and analyze retail performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for efficiency • support cross-functional alignment between Operations, Sales, and Finance • drive continuous improvement, proactively identifying gaps in fulfillment and implementing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, fulfillment, or supply chain (CPG or Food & Beverage strongly preferred) • hands-on experience managing 3PLs and logistics partners, including performance tracking and issue resolution • understanding of retail fulfillment nuances, including EDI order management, lot codes, and expiration handling • comfortable working with major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Sam’s Club • strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling) • experience with WMS/ERP systems (Fulfil.io a major plus) and EDI workflows • communicates clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners • manages multiple priorities efficiently, stays organized under pressure, and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving
