📋 Description

• Provide client support via phone, WhatsApp, in-person and online meetings to resolve questions and align processes. Monitor team members' client interactions when necessary. Problem resolution. • Support the entry of financial transactions. • Prepare and submit ancillary tax filings of varying complexity to federal authorities using government-provided software, ensuring compliance with current legislation. • Perform accounting closings for high-complexity companies using the Domínio system to ensure compliance with applicable laws. • Perform accounting closings for large economic groups. • Conduct on-site work at client companies. • Support new team members by providing guidance on the system, network and execution of accounting department processes. Provide general support to the team with routine accounting tasks. • Conduct internal and external training using materials developed by Coordination, Senior/Pleno Analysts and Team Leaders to upskill the team and improve client service. • Assist team leaders and coordinators in managing department demands such as spreadsheets, controls, client services and routine tasks. Support technology systems and propose ideas to improve the department. • Serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting additional requests from leadership, coordination and technical management. Provide guidance and advisory support to branch offices and act as a cross-departmental reference. • Assist with and review all ancillary obligations relevant to the department using government-provided software and internal control technology tools to ensure compliance with current legislation.

🎯 Requirements

• Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration). • Experience in accounting. • Experience in an accounting firm. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis). • Experience with the Domínio system.
