📋 Description

• Participate in defining the team’s delivery objectives, and plan and organize the team’s activities to achieve those goals; • Lead the team to overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and proactively complete work tasks; • Take part in implementation decisions for products, understanding the domain of the products you work on and those you interact with, designing solutions aligned with existing architecture definitions and assisting other developers with product architecture improvements; • Implement the best solutions for our customers, always prioritizing simplicity, quality, performance, programming best practices, and an excellent user experience for our products; • Promote and apply development best practices such as Code Review and Pair Programming to maintain high development standards and reduce vulnerabilities; • Influence and guide the team in developing a testing approach, creating various types of tests (unit, integration, functional, and performance tests); • Build and improve the different types of monitoring for the products you work on, and participate in incident analysis and resolution; • Work on resolving failures within your team’s domain and peer teams, participating in the execution of short-term and structural action plans; • Use data and facts to identify improvements and map opportunities (including technical debt, process improvements, and partner relationships), as well as investigate, test, and propose new technologies; • Keep documentation up to date; • Work collaboratively, practicing feedback with peers and leaders, helping the team learn practical improvements and patterns, and communicating effectively—clearly and concisely—both in writing and verbally, about technical and non-technical topics adapted to the audience; • Contribute to and encourage a team culture where people are invited to share their opinions and contribute to discussions respectfully.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in digital product squads using agile development methodologies focused on business objectives; • Experience with React.js; • Experience building BFFs and micro-frontends, as well as working with monolithic applications and monorepos; • Strong experience in system architecture (primarily frontend); • Deep understanding of consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL; • Experience programming in JavaScript/TypeScript (React.js), HTML, and Shell scripting; • Experience with version control: Git and GitHub; • Experience with at least one of the following approaches: SOLID, Clean Architecture, Clean Code; • Experience developing in CI/CD pipelines; • Familiarity with one of the CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI; • Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic and AWS ecosystem services; • Excellent communication skills; • Experience working in a cross-functional, distributed, and diverse team; • Experience with architecture patterns for distributed cloud systems (AWS, GCP); • Preferred: Back-end development experience with Node.js; • Experience building microservices, serverless solutions, and container technologies such as AWS Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes; • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL); • Experience developing event-driven distributed services (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ);
