📋 Description

• Lead the definition of the technical and strategic vision for a portfolio of core products (including OMS, PLM, TMS, Spend Visibility and an internal e‑commerce), ensuring scalability, resilience and performance. • Lead the technical evolution of the OMS platform, designing the architecture required to scale processing. • Act as the primary technical reference, driving engineering excellence and ensuring architectural alignment across multiple teams (influencing a technical ecosystem of ~100 people). • Translate complex business challenges from Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain into long‑term, sustainable and evolvable architecture solutions. • Drive trade‑off decisions, evaluate the adoption of new technologies and define technical roadmaps for the platforms. • Ensure cohesive integration between internal platforms and third‑party solutions by defining standards and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Established experience in Software Engineering, with senior-level work in architecture and development of large‑scale distributed systems. • Hands‑on, deep experience with event‑driven architectures, real‑time processing and high‑availability solutions. • Strong knowledge of observability, performance optimization and application security. • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) and their main managed services (messaging, databases, containers). • Proven ability to provide technical leadership for complex transformation programs with high interdependence across teams and business areas. • Ability to translate highly complex business requirements (such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations) into robust technical solutions. • Experience in API design, system integration patterns and data modeling for high‑concurrency transactional (OLTP) systems. • Knowledge of data security and privacy. • Experience in the domains of Logistics, Supply Chain, Order Management Systems (OMS), WMS or E‑commerce is a plus. • Experience with migrating and modernizing large‑scale legacy systems to cloud‑native architectures. • Experience with mission‑critical systems, high availability (HA) and fault tolerance.
