📋 Description

• Technology Core: Advanced proficiency in modern PHP and high-performance frameworks (Laravel, Lumen, Swoole, HyperF). • Distributed Architecture: Strong experience with microservices, distributed systems, and high-volume messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis). • Cloud & Serverless: Hands-on knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (focus on Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3). • Quality & Observability: Experience defining the testing pyramid and advanced monitoring (New Relic, Datadog, Grafana) to support data-driven decision making. • Systemic View: Ability to understand complex data flows across multiple products and apply security principles (OWASP) at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Architecture & Technical Strategy: Lead the construction of complex backend solutions and architectural patterns (microservices, DDD) that enable autonomous, scalable development. Document technical decisions and foster knowledge sharing across teams. • Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a technical reference, raising quality standards (design patterns, clean code) and mentoring developers within your team and adjacent domains. • Reliability & Performance: Ensure high availability of critical real-time systems. Lead the resolution of complex incidents, produce post-mortems, and use operational data to continuously optimize stability. • Engineering & Processes: Define automated testing strategies and drive a CI/CD and security (AppSec) culture in partnership with the InfoSec team. • Product & Business Vision: Remove blockers from critical projects and ensure technical alignment with stakeholders, balancing technical excellence with delivery commitments.
