• Full responsibility for the German stores • Collaborate with designers, email marketing, and media teams • Make decisions with direct impact on revenue and growth • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, optimize store performance, monitor KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Fluent German with market knowledge • Hands-on Shopify experience • Ability to plan and manage full website content calendars • Organized and experienced in project management • Analytical skills for apps, reviews, and KPIs • Effective collaboration with email marketing and media teams
