📋 Description

• Drive the design, development, and delivery of AI and data solutions that create measurable business outcomes • Serve as the bridge between high-level stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment, execution, and impact • Manage the full product lifecycle, overseeing agile processes, and guiding the development team in building innovative, scalable solutions • Own and deliver the product vision and roadmap for AI & Data initiatives, ensuring alignment with client and firm strategy • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level clients, executives, and external partners • Gather and document business requirements, translate them into user stories, and manage the development team in an agile environment • Implement processes determined by PMO while ensuring agile best practices are followed across the product lifecycle • Manage and prioritize the product backlog; ensure timely and high-quality delivery • Act as Scrum Master: facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and enable high-performing development teams • Define and track product metrics, ensuring measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement • Lead stakeholder communication and alignment, balancing client needs with technical feasibility • Conduct market and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction • Support project planning, budget tracking, and delivery oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles • Demonstrated success leading AI and/or data-driven product development • Proven ability to manage development teams in an agile environment • Strong background in stakeholder and executive-level client management • Experience defining, collecting, and analyzing product and business success metrics • Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
