📋 Description

• Lead innovative approaches for the largest payers to successfully progress clients to a new healthcare model • Deliver strategic vision and set clients' course for action • Work closely with clients to implement sustainable change • Create and maintain Guidehouse's strategic advisory solutions methodology • Champion holistic integrated strategy programs across the healthcare continuum • Build strategic plans that deliver patient and financial outcomes • Assess and build client capabilities with a disciplined, holistic, phased approach • Deliver intuitive and creative input helping to leverage internal culture and external market regulations • Craft strategic plans involving data collection and goal setting • Leverage deep industry expertise in business strategy to craft compelling value propositions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in a Healthcare Business Strategy consulting at the executive level of healthcare organizations • Capable leader able to lead client and consulting teams to superior strategy deliverables • 15+ yrs. experience with 10+ yrs. of progressive leadership experience in health system(s) or Management Consulting organization • Deep demonstrable understanding of healthcare ecosystem • Successful experiences in reorganizing and integrating services and functions • Proven ability to develop strategic structures that improve quality • Action-oriented, results-oriented, 'take charge' attitude • Strong executive presence and professional image and presentation (advanced use of Microsoft tools) • A team player; a highly collaborative, team-oriented process • Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited school (master's degree preferred) • Able to travel at least 3 nights per week
