📋 Description

• Support utility clients in applying data‑driven analysis to complex planning, regulatory, and operational challenges • Help clients make informed decisions related to grid modernization, decarbonization, customer programs, and system reliability • Support all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions, through data collection and ETL, to performing analyses • Use a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to deliver insights to decision-makers • Translate client objectives and regulatory requirements into rigorous analytical approaches and scalable solutions • Provide day‑to‑day leadership, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across engagements

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required • Minimum of FIVE (5) years of prior relevant experience performing data science/analytics, such as statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or machine learning • Skilled in one or several programming languages, such as Python, PySpark, R, SQL, as well as version control software (e.g., Git) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker) • Outstanding problem-solving skills and critical thinking • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simply convey complex concepts • Highly developed organizational and time-management skills • High degree of self-confidence and determination; ability to self-teach • Experience managing teams and individuals • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
